Food was great!! Atmosphere was nice and fun!

Shashlichnaya was excellent! The lamb kababs and lamb chops were juicy and tender, the soups were rich in flavor, and the Plov was just like the way we had it in Tashkent!

Great food, beautiful environment. Nice and spacious restaurant. Staff took a while to get to our table and did not clean up the table before bringing the cake. Also the music is good and there space to dance, however the music was way too loud.

This restaurant is my favorite restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. everytime I I need a proper dinner, this place comes straight to my mind. superb and many types of food and a rich menu.well mannered team, and nice spirit. Also important, the bill is affordable. I praise this place with great pleasure.

Amazing Chebureky (fried meat empanada-like pie). Really good luylya kebob (ground/minced lamb with spices, grilled on a skewer). Haven't risked dinning in, mainly due to the noise. In the evening place gets full and VERY LOUD. Not my thing, henceforth I always order take out. Food is prepared very fast. Home delivery, when available, is very prompt. Soups (e.g. Shurpa, Lagman) are meh... not great, not even good. Watery and bland. Grilled lamb (shish kebob) is OK, depending on the meat delivered (some days it's better, some worse). That goes for all Buharian/Uzbek places in the area.

Food was delicious! Service is good! I was late for my reservation time, but Manager George resolved it fast. It's mother's day today they were so busy, but still great food and the service, they worked under so much stress and pressure form other customers... Great job guys! And Good Luck!!

This kosher (under supervision of Cup K) restaurant specializes in Bukharin and Israeli Cuisine and is located in Rego Park, Queens. Bukhara is a region in one of the former Soviet Republics. Many people from Bukhara have settled in Central Queens over the last 20 or 30 years. The chef is from Tajikistan, which I believe is the capital and main city in Bukhara.Shashlichnaya is one of the nicest decorated restaurants I have ever been to. Its worth coming here just to look at the decor. The cuisine itself is composed of various roasted meats, in skewers or in plates and with rice or french fries. It is heavy on the lamb and beef dishes. The food here is good. I have been to several similar restaurants in the area and while this one may not be the best of them, it is pretty good. Service is ok- not great, but ok. I wouldn't go if you are not very hungry or if you are in a hurry, but if you like this type of food or are interested in trying it, this restaurant is a good option.

One of the best central asian cuisine restaurants in queens by far! Try the Lagman, hand made noodle soup, try the Manti handmade dumplings made with real meat onions and spices (never eat them with utensils they were made to be eaten by hands) and do try the Vitezka skewered skirt stake that melts in your mouth.

Delicious meat pies, grilled meats, and pickled vegetables. Nice friendly clean spot, and mercifully open late. Particularly loved the meat chebureki (made fresh) and the veal liver shish kebab.

We have been coming here for 3 years and the food and service is always impeccable. The prices are also very affordable. Check them out!

The service s great and fast. The French fries are excellent. The white streamed rice was hard, cold and not well cooked. The cheburekis were very yummy. Chicken kebab was good. Israeli salad was excellent. Lulya kebab was good. The veal liver great, however lamb hearts were old, elderly and overcooked like rubber. I'd say that this place is a hit or miss, depending on what you order to eat.

I really like this place because is a different kind of food also you can order a variety of meet, fish and salads a the same time and you dont feel overwhelmed I really love the branzino and the land shop however the pilaf rice taste delicious I also recommend the fresh salad and the soups, price is very reasonably priced for the variety of food that you can order place is very clean bathrooms too the waiters are very nice.

Food is good, but the service needs an improvement. They asked us to move to a different table, because they wanted to extend someone else's table, okay no problem, but the table they gave us was with someone else's fruits that they didn't even take away just moved further from our side of the table. I was frustrated with particular that point.

Excellent Bukharian Fusion restaurant with many great Georgian and Azeri dishes as well. Fast and friendly service. Everything is delicious without being too overwhelming on flavor. Russian music videos on the big screen TV add to the ambiance. Convenient Queens Blvd. location. And the prices won't hurt the wallet. I've been here for a couple of parties over the past few months and hope to return soon.

This Laga was the most wonderful dish. Med fusion spiced Beef broth with pieces of fresh beef and vegitables served over delicious noodles. I would imagine this is the perfect comfort food for a chilled night or when you are not feeling well. You should try this.
